Can You Use Kohl’s Cash or Coupons With a Military Discount?

While you can’t use your military discount with another percent-off discount coupon, you can use it with the “Kohl’s cash” you earn by making purchases.

To combine your military discount with Kohl’s Cash, the cashier must redeem your Kohl’s Cash first and then apply your 15% discount to the remaining balance.

Kohl’s frequently runs promotions for up to 20% off on purchases made both in-store and online, so be sure to check the Kohl’s Coupon page to ensure you’re getting the best deal.

Kohl’s Veterans Day Sale

This year, Kohl’s will offer current and former military members 30% off in-store purchases over Veterans Day weekend.

The sale event begins Friday, Nov. 11 and continues through Sunday, Nov. 13, 2022.

Military and veteran family members can use the same discount if you go with them and show proof of service.

Kohl’s Veterans Day Sale Exclusions

As with Kohl’s weekly military discount, some exclusions apply. You can’t stack your 30% discount with other coupons or offers.

However, you can redeem Kohl’s Cash rewards as long as the cashier applies the Kohl’s cash before applying your discount.

Kohl’s Employs Veterans and Military Spouses

Along with its military and Veterans Day discounts, Kohl’s also supports military families through military hiring and employment initiatives.

Kohl’s is a Department of Defense Military Spouse Employment Partner and recruits transitioning and former military members and spouses for various roles, including:

  • Seasonal sales associates
  • Area supervisors
  • Assistant store managers
  • Loss prevention supervisors
  • E-fulfillment operations supervisors
  • Material Handlers
  • Software engineers

Kohl’s Veterans and Military Business Resource Group provides internal networking, mentorship and support to veteran employees, according to the Kohl’s website. In addition, veterans can sign up to get Kohl’s talent community updates here.
